It has been such a long time since I have accessed this page. It felt as though life got away from me and I’ve spent roughly two years chasing it down, which inadvertently led me back here.
I created this blog page with the sole purpose of helping others through my personal experience, not just as a licensed therapist, but as a human being that has struggled with cyclical depression and chronic anxiety for my entire adulthood. So it makes sense that my heart found its way back here, to you, the reader.
I hope to be posting on a semi-regular schedule as I’m soon to be transitioning to a new therapy job that’ll allow me the space and time to do so. I feel like so much of my life has changed in just two years and hope to share these experiences and help others.
Some future posts will be focusing on gender identity, sexual orientation, and navigating self-acceptance, as well as coping with suicidal ideation, self-harm behaviors, and self-sabotage. While I know these topics may not appeal to some readers, I truly hope that they’ll find their way to those who need it most. I’m so excited for what I have for this page and hope you’ll stick around to see it. ❤️
